MIN KYRIANNIS
Co-Founder, CEO
Min Kyriannis brings over 20 years of expertise in enterprise systems, IT, OT, cybersecurity, and risk management, having held senior roles in systems design, procurement, and implementation, successfully leading teams of over 200 people. At JB&B, she developed industry-leading cybersecurity programs for building systems, and at NYU, she managed security and technology operations across 175 sites with annual budgets of $10 million.
As a co-founder of the Global Cyber Consortium, Min drives cybersecurity initiatives for building automation and IoT systems. Her leadership roles include Chair of SIA's Cybersecurity Advisory Board and Vice-Chair of SIA's New Product Showcase, where she has significantly influenced industry standards. She also serves on advisory boards for Security Systems News and the International Society of Automation, and is passionately involved with Women in International Security and the Real Estate Board of New York.
Min's numerous industry awards include the Excellence in Cyber Security Award and the Distinguished Excellence in Cyber Security Award. She has served as a judge for the American Security Today's Annual 'ASTORS' Awards.
Min is a global communicator with fluency in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese, and conversational fluency in Japanese and Cantonese.
SARAH COLVIN
Co-Founder, CSO
Sarah Colvin began her career in investor relations and business development within the alternative asset management sector. Over a decade, she contributed to the success of nearly two dozen early-stage asset managers, specializing in investor relations and capital formation.
She later transitioned to corporate development and strategic consultancy for early-stage tech companies, and in 2021, Sarah launched EPL Advisors, focusing on businesses with breakthrough technologies. Her clients included a quantitative equity asset management firm and a green hydrogen process inventor, for whom she developed a $4 billion customer pipeline and introduced over $150 million in investment capital.
Sarah formally joined AMYNA in January of 2023 as Chief Strategy Officer following extended consultancy that shaped the company’s growth plan, governance frameworks, go-to-market strategy, and capital formation practices.
Sarah's global experience spans New York, Boston, London, Kyiv, Los Angeles, and Nassau. Before her finance career, she was a world-class musician, studying opera, jazz, and contemporary improvisation at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts and the New England Conservatory of Music.
DANIEL STRACK
COO
Daniel Strack has a proven track record of building high-growth businesses by identifying and capitalizing on market trends across multiple sectors, focusing on long-term profitability and sustainability. With three decades of experience in business development, operations management, project management, asset management, compliance risk assessments, and team management, Daniel has consistently driven success in his ventures.
In the 1990s, as a Sales Trader at Spear Leeds & Kellogg (SL&K), Daniel leveraged new technologies to increase operational efficiencies and productivity, contributing to a threefold increase in trading revenue in three years. He co-founded and managed the Program Trading Desk at SL&K, generating $80 million in revenue in 2000, which led to the firm's acquisition by Goldman Sachs.
From 2000 to 2016, Daniel held key roles at Goldman Sachs, including Managing Director and Vice President, playing a pivotal role in growing the firm's equities algorithmic trading businesses, overseeing both business and technical teams. He established specialized trading desks and led initiatives to strengthen client relationships, boost revenue, and improve operational efficiency.
Daniel takes a strategic approach to capitalizing on emerging opportunities, and is personally invested in a diverse portfolio of businesses in agriculture, hospitality, technology, and financial services. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Loyola University.
MAXWELL RAHMANI
Associate Data Scientist
Maxwell Rahmani began his computer science journey as a high school student in the early 2010’s by experimenting with Linux and low-level programming languages like C and C++. for the effective application of data science and as a result he earned a bachelor’s of engineering and a technical degree each focused on software engineering and data science.
Alongside his deep computer science education, Max has become an active contributing member of the greater data science over the last 5 years both professionally and publicly.
With his vast background in data science combined with his extensive software engineering background, Max has deployed effective and reproducible data applications for universities such as Hogeschool Rotterdam, hospitals including HCA Healthcare, and non-profits such as The Next Door which supports women on their paths to addiction recovery.
Using his experience in functional data science, Max also contributes to the academic and open data science community as a regular speaker at Tennessee Technological University, where he also serves as an educator, and mentor for young data science professionals by hosting open readings, assisting students with projects/competitions, and regularly hosting/participating in open conversations on the ethical application of ML/AI solutions to serve the greater good of humanity.
Max also supports state-of-the-art research, development, and application of data science solutions by contributing to open-source machine learning frameworks and architectures. His open-source work has even been featured on Papers with Code, an open-source machine learning reproducibility platform.
Max joined AMYNA as an Associate Data Scientist in 2022 to build and continues to develop the foundation of its data platform for collection, analytics, and machine learning capabilities in order to share our data story.

ROHAN GUPTA
Global Head of Sales
Rohan Gupta is a seasoned sales leader, specializing in leading enterprise cybersecurity sales teams. He brings 2 decades of direct sales and management experience focused on selling to industries such as Healthcare, Aerospace and Defense, Consumer Packaged Goods, Critical Infrastructure, Education and Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Gupta is passionate about bringing new and emerging security technologies to market and is deeply invested in helping to secure his customers’ most critical data.
He started his career at IBM, where he ultimately served as the Global Technology Services (GTS) leader for the northeast, with his team delivering more than $300 million in revenue during his tenure.
From there, he moved to ARMATURE Solutions Corporation where he served as Global Vice President of Sales and Marketing for almost a decade. As a member of the executive leadership team, Mr. Gupta led the effort to develop and execute on the company’s go to market strategy including identifying key markets, acquiring initial customers, establishing a sales process and building a team to further expand revenue within these new markets and market segments. He collaborated closely with the product development, professional services, and operations teams to ensure both sales and delivery targets were consistently met.
Subsequently, he held leadership roles at several companies before joining AMYNA as Global Head of Sales. In this role he is responsible for developing and executing AMYNA’s go to market strategy.
Mr. Gupta was and is responsible for sales on a global scale and has had the opportunity to live and work in a variety of cities including Washington, D.C, Cambridge, England, Bangalore, India and New York, NY. These experiences have shaped the way he interacts with customers, allowing him to better understand their needs and ensure a mutually beneficial partnership.
Mr. Gupta attended the University of Connecticut and graduated with a specialized major in Business Communications in the Global Marketplace.
JIM KYRIANNIS

Jim Kyriannis has over three decades of experience in systems and communications technology and security. He has been involved with network technology since the ARPANET and NFSNET, before the inception of the Internet. He is a seasoned and well-respected professional in the field of networking and systems; has designed and managed a global enterprise network supporting over 150,000 clients; and has personally invented and implemented many technologies that are utilized in today’s markets, such as Network Access Portals (Hotspots), Quarantine Networks, and Software Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN). He played a pivotal role in advising key manufacturers at a critical point prior to the development of the first WiFi standard, identifying key security risks and helping to shape the development of the foundational standards that govern the WiFi technology of today.
Jim has a long history of bringing deep technical expertise to clients while providing unique and creative solutions. His work has brought several innovative and unique technologies into the public sector. He has been cited in many press releases, including pioneering work with IPv6 multicast and the design of a highly resilient and fault-tolerant three-dimensional network, Tetrahedron Core, which operated with 100% continuous uptime for 15+ years under his supervision, and is still running today. He has been credited as the inventor of SD-WAN, in which he presented his design and production network deployment at the April 2013 ONUG conference, as the reference model for manufacturers.
Jim has presented in many forums on a broad spectrum of technologies, including Software Defined Networking (SDN), IP version 6 (IPv6), the convergence between scientific research and high-performance networking & computing systems, TCP optimization and ultra high-performance networking, and Global Wide Area Networking (WAN) technologies.
Jim graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Masters in Computer Science from New York University.
